| Tim is an experienced Project Manager, and can develop creative programmes to suit specific briefs. His role will include:- helping define the project aims with the commissioning group,- budgeting the project- then fundraising from the public sector,- recruiting and contracting artists to deliver,
- evaluation and accountability.
He can be actively involved in all part of the planning and delivery from initial discussions to making the final returns to funding bodies.
As an arts promoter, he has successfully promoted artists ranging from the Royal Shakespeare Company, and the Royal National Theatre, to Improbable, Kneehigh, Northern Broadsides, Ian McMillan, Peter Sallis, Rodney Bewes, and Norman Lovett, as well as many others from the folk, world music, jazz, literature, film and comedy worlds.

His Project Management experience includes:
- all aspects of touring management. Over the last 20 years, he has developed seasons for rural village halls, civic theatres and arts centres, often with education/outreach projects
- opening new theatres. He has been responsible for overseeing conversion projects creating new performance spaces in schools and former stables in Nottinghamshire, and a disused church in Lincolnshire.
- residency planning
- site-specific performance events. Among many commissions for parks, libraries, schools and for touring, he brought Improbable Theatre’s “Sticky” to a 25000 crowd at the Ashfield Show in 2004.
- public art and environmental commissions
- arts centre programming and building management
He has experience of programming for festivals, site-specific spectaculars, and for small and middle-scale venues and can plan corporate entertainment events with a popular and accessible programme, working within a defined budget.
